I am perpetually game planning future moves and this exercise inevitably requires taking a position on how the near future will unfold and the best way to benefit.

Thanks for your thoughts and ideas I know this was a pretty vague topic and maybe should be posted in the "discontent with the rat race/socioeconomic structures that seem trap people in them based on class for life while they perpetually struggle to get a bite of the carrot that perpetually dangles just out of reach from their hungry teeth" section...

CPS remains in perpetual crisis mode. 

There is a perpetual housing shortage in most locations.

You can invest in something as passive as our perpetual funds.

After 12 years of practice, I've decided the never ending administrative demands & perpetual focus on billing that I'd be much more fulfilled doing something for myself.  

In the end, it will have to be a compromise between people's personally rights as it relates to their zoning area, or enacting policies that curtail the perpetuation of homelessness and displacement.

Some in SoCal would prefer to have 2-3 homes paid off by the time they retire, than count on a 401k that may never be enough to pay oneself what rent from those properties can pay in perpetuity.

Whether or not something has to be maintained into perpetuity is rarely my concern; when people start paying for low maintenance over aesthetics, I'll change my mind.
