There are incredible restaurants that rival nearby New Orleans and the casinos are clean and safe and top notch. 

I know their major employers are auto makers and casinos.

I started buying rentals because the stock market is like a casino.

But its not unlike gambling in a casino.  

Medical buildings and Casino have really created a hot market, and it will just increase.  

Over 1,000 sq. ft. with wood-burning fireplace, private deck and garage parking just down the hill from Diamond Peak Ski Resort & within 1 mi. to golfing, Casino & private beach! 

If  you are in the 20% range, you are better off going to the casino and putting all of your money on black and seeing what happnes.Since you are out of the area properly calculating cash on cash returns can be difficult because you have variable expenses to calculate. 

On the other end of the boundary you have the Seminole Hard Rock casino as a potential draw for renters. 

Close access to lakes, ski resorts, casinos, and golf courses.Also areas like The Hideout, Lake Ariel, and Lake Wallenpaupack are worth looking into also.
