I can’t cry over spilled milk.

Given the number of people with dog/cat allergies, I'm very surprised by how common this is. side note, I love animals, and I'm extremely supportive of working dogs, and ESA's...when necessary, not when milking the system.

I would not offer eggs or milk, let them bring their own, maybe just creamer for the coffee and you can get the non-refrigerated little cups.

It's understandable that some will milk it with a bad tenant.

water here is $150 dollars a month (for 1,200 gals), gas is $4.99 a gallon down from $6.00, milk $8.99 a gal. 

But she will milk it and make your life so hard until she is forced out.

@Derek White I remember as a kid going with my father to repair a rental we owned & finding a cow literally standing in the bathroom being milked by the old Yugoslavian tenant.

I for one know I have 1 tenant milking this situation completely.
