We are also on the short list for an NBA expansion team.There's a lot going for Kansas City and the real estate market in and around the city.

I’m super proud of Oklahoma, in that we have some out of state folk turning attention here (as did the NBA, Google, and recently Amazon, to name a few).

I've spent my entire career leading Customer Experience teams across a variety of industries that I can really leverage here (7 years managing courtside season ticket accounts for an NBA team, 2 Global retail/dtc brands, and now a real estate tech company). 

Just like it's not a derogatory term to call someone a college basketball player versus an NBA player.I think the rule of thumb argument is there to act as insurance from making an obviously bad deal.

We have the NBA/WNBA, NFL, professional soccer team, great zoo, great children's museum, Indianapolis Motor Speedwday, NCAA and Big Ten are always hosting a tournament in town, great shopping.  

One of my roommate visited SF, when he came back, that is what he told me.Now I am happy here everyday, with nice food, nice weather, nice NFL and NBA teams, no more snow on my windshield.

It is like saying, go chase your NBA dreams because Michael Jordan did it. 

Only matter of time before NBA and MLB comes to Las Vegas.Just my two cents.Terry
