We just had the BNP Paribas tennis tournament in Indian Wells CA cancelled because of the virus.

I'm a licensed agent with Indian River Land Company, Millsboro (Sussex County), DE; about 45 minutes south of Dover. 

The city has set up a "heritage trail" that includes the island as (so a local legend supposedly states) the first part of Pittsburgh that George Washington came to when he first surveyed the area before the French and Indian War.

Unfortunately the day we were supposed to fly out to Europe we received word that my wife's mother was in intensive care in Mumbai, so we headed there/here instead and are still here helping her recover.

I appreciate your responseHard to believe that Indian Village has not made a huge comeback.

@Cyle Lublin I feel like I missed the boat with most of those areas (including indian village) for super good deals but maybe the new center area is one to be considered, I head that was getting some traction too. 

So let me ask you, what would a 2,000 square foot house, built after 2001, cost and rent for in Orange Crest, or Indian Hills, or Lake Hills, or La Sierra, or any other middle class area in your market.  

@George WendtThe areas I would suggest to you in Detroit is in neighborhoods like Rosedale Park, University District, Boston Edison, Woodbridge, Midtown, Corktown, Sherwood Forest, Green Acres, East English Village, Indian Village, Grandmont and few othe r areas that border some of these areas.
