Somehow the lat/long changed in the Airbnb server and it was showing up in the middle of nowhere.Why Airbnb prioritizes what they think is the lat/long over the physical address is beyond me . . . .

But then how would you know unless you live there physically?

Of course, these are just averages and projections so take them with a grain of salt.I agree with @Melissa Justice, anything in and around NYC (within 90 mins commute) will have a higher barrier of entry and less cash-flowing options. 

Look for income streams that don’t require you to be physically present for every dollar earned.

I have gotten mixed reviews and I am not sure the Airbnb rep understood my questioning (language barriers). 

.,)Perhaps your local county probate court house has some similar notification that can be mailed to you (or e-mailed) instead of physically making the trip.. 

I agree with others that having your main door with a keypad and a backup physical key is critical (keep this is a lockbox on-site, Igloo is an interesting electronic option but not necessary).

Time wise, more time is spent on the video showing physical cash than explaining the 'system'.

The HOA is an extra barrier you must maneuver.   

Lastly, we both don't want to be physically working when we're 70 years old.
