BP is transitioning to some new servers because of the growth and it's causing some issues, and it looks like you got caught in that mess.

Inventory is serverly low and when something does pop up at a great price you have to move at light speed.

Our inventory is so tight, that the market does not give a discount for condition and without that whats the point of a serveral months long rehab project if you don't create equity.
