That defeats the purpose of the LLC which is supposed to separate the companies assets from your own.  

After talking to our tax accountant he told us we should be charging more than just $200/ month in rent, so we bumped it $650/month and now it pays for all of our electricity and mortgage on itself and our house.After being shut down on the HELOC I was a little discouraged but after a couple months I couldn't sit around feeling defeated any longer.

Hey since you are not paying a realtor you need to lower your price by 6% then I will buy it.. there by defeating the whole purpose.. and then if its a wholesaler they are really going to get hammered. no way a wholesaler in most instances can get more for the seller than an agent who has exposed the property to the entire market.
