I don't bother because here between filing fees, process server, attorney fees (here in FL  business cannot represent itself in court, you must hire an attorney if your property is in your business name). 

With many financial institutions and what have you letting them defer (car payments, credit cards, etc) for 30-90 days, rent should be a top priority. 1 tenant is a server at a resturant and all resturants are shut down.

If you install a charging station at every available spot you do not have to worry about people hogging spots. its first come first server as always.

Half my tenants are retail clerks, restaurant servers, etc., will they be able or willing to pay?

A server who doesn't make money at work will not spend money on other things, which means the person at those businesses will see declines too, on and on.Even if this remains mild I do think this will be the catalyst for at least a minor recession, since we've been overdue anyway.

I'm a server and he's a car salesman, so I'm not sure exactly what we make, it's different every month.
