Just formulate prompt's and whatever that hand-held idiot box says is "the way". 

It was in hindsight a poorly formulated post and thank you for pointing that out so that I could address it. 

For me, at any rate, the ability to formulate quickly, to resolve any problem into it's simplest, clearest form, has been exceedingly useful...I found higher mathematics the best possible exercise for developing the mental muscles necessary to this process.       

For my first post I figured why not start off with something I know is a hot topic in the wholesaling world...whether or not wholesaling is legal in Ohio....specifically in Columbus, OH (I realize the city doesn’t change the law, this is just my market).I feel like I’ve read and read and read but still can’t formulate a clear cut answer.

If you have the Money, education, motivation and a solid deal then you are not "too young" and I do agree that this is the best time to formulate a plan and put it into action.

This is a key question to answer, as you can not formulate a game plan without answering this question first. 

Then to be able to formulate my path forward.

You could go to any part of Maryland and make profit you just have to be able to cater yourself to each person’s problem and figure out how you creatively formulate a solution using their real estate as leverage.

@Gretl Anne Fortuna You need an agent who isn’t just quick but can also good as helping you formulate a winning offer.

These clauses are things I have in every transaction; we put a lot of time into having pre formulated contracts with terms that matter to us
