I would add Flower Mounds to consider if you are looking to be close to the airport too.However, investor friendly areas are Fort Worth which is growing a lot.All depends on your needs.

It is about getting the deal done rather than micro managing the sales cost.Note a high end home might need staging so there will be rental furniture costs, fresh flowers, etc.
