Meaning that rates don't change because of the name difference, but some carriers may not write an LLC so you have limited options to choose from. 

That price will be determined by supply of similar substitute assets, and demand for that (type) of asset.  

The bank letter of credit guarantees the bank will pay the amount of money required.
