Seems like a straightforward concept. 

Buyers really like open concept, master suites, high ceilings, other luxury features.

I hear about this concept all of the time in business and real estate and business.

The concept of the system is smart.

As an accountant, the journal entry is a big factor, Xero doesn't do a good job of it.

Many, if not most, are still unfamiliar with the concept.

For your real estate accounting needs, QuickBooks Online to transact journal entries for property buy/sells, balance sheet, depreciation tracking, income/expense categorizations, etc.

cant pull those off with smoke and mirrors :)   and of course my bank that has loaned me about 60 million to build all this thinks I have morals and character as its the cornerstone concept when lending this kind of money on spec builds.. you dont have it you dont get the money.

Interesting concept, because my mindset toward making an offer is: the worst they can say is no.
