We're looking for land in the Pineville/Indian Land/Fort Mill area (3-5 acres), and also for some rough estimates on cost to build a small church with about about 150 seats + 6 classrooms.Recommendations for both land and a good/affordable commercial builder are much appreciated.

I bought my first 2 family on Indian lake in Worcester last year and am working on rehabbing it while living in it.  

My plans are to moving to Palm Desert, CA in one or two years and start to fixing and flipping in Desert Areas (Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indio, Indian Wells, Coachella Valley, Palm Springs etc.)
