The new iPhone update proves this.

I am looking at c class properties poorly managed and outdated units that need some major updates. 

At a very minimum the owners have to update their loan payment information (we set up new auto payment and update our records on the loan owner).  

Refurbished hard wood floors, door way trim and base board trim, updated appliances, furnished basement unit, new water main/water meters and a new concrete walk way.

It is subjective but most tenants like the look of LVP as it reminds them of an updated unit.

As an update, I elected to pass on this deal.
