Hey everyone,I've been combing through many of the forums related to "end of year" taxes on the net profit from a flip. 

A month should give you some time to really comb the MLS and find a decent deal for a house hack. 

You might also want comb over this forum with your Attorney to make sure nothing can be used for litigation; for example, if someone admitted they were at fault....it could be used against them. 

Make sure you get a good home inspector to go through with a fine tooth comb.

You need to find investments that you understand, are able to manage hands-on and you need to make sure the numbers work.Steve Combs

If a duplex is hard to come by in the area we will be combing, then would a triplex or quadplex be too much for a new landlord to manage?

Instead of combing through pages of listings, put in offers.

We like to go through that credit report with a fine tooth comb - because of past mistakes we made!
