Why pick a project that's going to be a huge challenge and a potential heartbreaker?

It can be a very heartbreaking time for you too.

We've sacrificed so much to build what we have now, and it would be heartbreaking to admit defeat.

Thankful for family, friends, parents, USA, my privileges, my mistakes, my mentors, my enemies, my teachers, heartbreaks, laughter, fresh air, mountains, rivers, the sun, indoor plumbing, heat, electricity, modern medicine, the internet, and the incredibly beautiful fall weather we have had this year in Colorado.

However, if the city were to ban STRs all together, that would be heartbreaking. 

The most heart breaking thing is watching older people pull out three or four credit cards to pay for the fake work shops and get nothing in return but wasted time.

Having to be the person to pick up an ill possibly disabled person and physically put them on the curb knowing they cannot take care of themself would be heartbreaking. 

When i started to see rental properties its totally heart breaking.

I do know a few wholesalers succeeding, but it has been a year+ process to get very few deals, a few months is not enough to commit to it, but it can be stressful and heartbreaking if you are putting a significant amount of money into it.

The price the property manager got from the plumber they normally work with all the time was $1,800.Every tenant will know you are the owner - You will get heartbreaking (fake) excuses every month about why they cannot pay the rent.
