Ignited my real estate fire.

We do a lot of training for new agents - the initial training is called IGNITE and it's 8 weeks.

So its the enjoyment of the lulls as well as the highs or re ignition of goals to be appreciated.One challenge for me is, i now have a two year old who wakes up at 5 am.

The topic was re-ignited when I gave an update in response to the gentleman from El Paso who was checking in on how things are going.

I explained that as the wood dries out it has an increasingly lower flash point and eventually it will ignite.
