A few things I learned on the process:- plan for 4-6 weeks for the unit to be approved by CHA, after you found a prospective, approved, tenant- if the tenant has children, be prepared for a stricter inspection (in particular regarding paint)- you can screen tenants the same way you would screen regular tenants, except for the income part- cashflow is normally better.
