@Jacob Malakoff Its tough to give you a definitive answer on this one as you know everything is in turmoil, I have a couple deals under contract for clients and we're at a stand still for the very same reason. 

MA evictions as my attorney has informed me are a complete stand still.

I've done some research but due to the shutdown have found myself at a stand still and curious what more experienced investors think of the current climate and if there is anyone actively pursuing the path I hope to start on soon. 

And never say never, that by 2021, that U.S. economy will be plunged into something equivalent to how the U.S. economy was 2009-2010. in an economic contraction, with economic growth in a stand-still in those 2 years.

Just the 5+ units under $1-Million seem to be at a stand still. 

A friend of mine who had construction on an investment property come to a stand still, offered me work on the site just to keep things moving forward with little risk of being in contact with a lot of workers due to Covid.

There still seem to be lenders out there for residential loans right now, I don't think it's at a total standstill.

With the economy at a standstill there is a massive spike in missed payments, missed rent and unemployment.

I currently have about 40k to invest in real estate but I'm at a standstill as to what my next move should be.
