These folks are wrecking the neighborhood, including your own ability to do business.

We have had units wrecked because of cooking and general tolerance of humidity.

Unfortunately other irresponsible dog owners are wrecking your chances.  

Heard too much about them getting wrecked in hurricanes, floods, tornados, and everything else.

I could ask her to move out and find a new tenant, but after being there for 6 years, paying on time and not wrecking the place I think I would have to be a fool to do that.

When will your tenant go bonkers and decide to stop paying, wreck the place and force you to do a four month long eviction?

The floor will have rustic look, so some wear and tear in the kitchen over time won't look terrible.I'm just wondering if people have experience with wood getting easily wrecked and needing to repair in the kitchen?
