In CA there's no big supplies coming on the market in most areas where there aren't mega developers.

So mega agents  like you that created a team within a brokerage became  or are very well off running a bizz inside the business..

Way cheaper, no legal issues, more respect and there is a decent chunk of cheap or free training out there from the mega brokerages.

There will be a short term cycle downturn, a recession and a correction in the foreseable future, but if you're expecting a "MEGA" crash because we had a bad crash in 2008-2009 then you're in the wrong industry and should instead be playing the stock market.
