I haven't had any issues, but the one set is getting a lot of use... we are finishing a renovation and figured it would be good to have another on hand... like playing the slots and always winning.I am still waiting for the tenants to complain about one or the other using the machines too much (aka sinking to much cash into my pocket) but hasn't happened yet.

I watch Judge Judy and Judge Milian, and every week, there would be a "pit bull" case, in some cases, victims with serious injuries.

There are slot of people who make student loan payments and the amount they owe goes up everyday because their payment is less than interest is accruing and they will never pay it off.

Jack and Judy have lived there for years.Might be long on market  and need updating or have a smell that can be remedied.

What is sometimes harder is the reserve requirements that increase as you add properties in your name - especially when you split properties and income between yourself and your wife to have more Fannie Mae loan slots available.  

Be it stocks or real estate.If I want to gamble, I'll go to Vegas and loose quickly on the slots so I can have a cigar and enjoy a cocktail.Much success

So each builder is working on a calendar that has a certain capacity of builds, they are saying WHAT builds do I give a slot for, because each slot has 20 different projects begging to be it.
