Get those inspections done quickly...and you're probably only backing out if it is something catastrophic....like a roof that the seller has no interest replacing....or extensive mold or extensive termite damage...or something like that.

I have looked at tons of health care plans and none of them make sense to me.They cost more than if you just paid cash and received a discount.I can see catastrophic care as that covers big events that cost a lot of money at the hospital but for seeing regular doctor visits the numbers do not work.
