So work in the summer I usually do.I always do my own tiling.I never paint anymore - too dull and slow.I still like to do my major renovations: demo, cabinet install, refinishing wood flooring (sometimes)I hire out most plumbing (sometimes), electrical, and drywall work.I can do most carpentry issues - replacing rotted wood, etc.
