On a couple of houses that I've had there were (IIRC) 4" X 12 with 1" X 6" laid diagonally over those.On one of those I had bad 1" X 6" but everything above those was good because we had replaced them a few years before when we replaced a leaking shower pan.

Keep going you beautiful thing:)When we were buying in Atlanta the Australian $ was on parity with the US$, however now that the Australian $ has fallen, its become a currency play and therefore we make approximately 40% on our money when we bring it back home.I set up 3 LLCs and have up structures to minimise tax etc and have a good US Accountant who liaises with my Australian accountant.
