My only complaint would be that I can't meet face to face or go rattle someone's cage in person, but overall, I am more than satisfied.I don't know that they do things like IRA LLCs, I have not specifically inquired.

As long as you are paying they probably will not, in the current climate getting called is probably not a big deal, you could probably easily get another loan, 5 years down the line when things get rattled and banks start holding tight, you might not like a called loan so much.

Stop by with a special gift for junior ,maybe a rattle or a fleece onsey ..then as your sitting by the fire I’d politely ask her if she would be willing to eventually pay her rent sometime when it’s convenient... then I’d reach in my pocket and hand her an eviction notice !
