The program is holding no accountability over this.I really tried to embrace the experience and immerse myself in the program.

Embrace it, and overcome.Plus you need that HS diploma for so many things. 

Now, none of this is the case for an OOS investor who is using a PM who likely is adding extra management fees on top of each repair because ... well because they can.After years of doing this, I know which tenants to avoid and which to embrace. 

It is NOT normal to embrace it.I honestly don't think we can solve our housing crisis until zoning is no longer controlled at the local level and is given to big government to control for the benefit of all instead of the individual home owner.

It makes an easier transaction and a much happier, healthier long-term relationship all around.

I am going to embrace my learning curve!!
