Hi Raymond,I can't speak for buying multifamily in the Rhode island market, but have you looked into purchasing a single family with the ability to convert it into multiple units?

Northwest seems the most promising to us since they have a local RA office listed on the PA Dept of State website and they scan everything (and they can immediately scan and e-mail it to our lawyer at the same time, very helpful) @Raymond B
