@James McGovern  he does not need to understand if the use is medicinal or recreational he just needs the tenant to respect the lease.

I would just say that the part of your brain that does medicine is different than the part that does REI.

Hey everyone,I recently made the leap from a career path in medicine to real estate investing.

I believe a veterinarian can do an allergy test on a dog to find out what the dog is allergic to, and may be able to prescribe some medicine to help the dog (Maybe a veterinarian in here could weigh in on this)???

What little fun there is in medicine any more is probably sucked out of you after the first big lawsuit that costs a lot of time and money to defend and then pisses you off if you loose.
