Rarely does one need an advanced degree to enter such fields, but colleges have convinced Americans they do as a means of raking in more federal dollars.Many millennials and Gen Z “zoomers” struggle to find jobs in their chosen fields of study and don’t want to work in others—or in jobs they view as beneath them.

Recent studies show that 42% of millennials actively look for homes with ADU potential.

I lease to a lot of millennials and typically they have not yet acquired all of these items.  

I'm a millennial (one of the larger populations) and we just had our first kid last year.

And I’m just not buying that 40 year old millennials will be living at home and not starting families forever.

They call millennials the "review generation" (some do) because we like to read reviews before we buy, and here is a good example as to why we do that!

I think asset prices will continue to grow, areas where millennials can buy affordable real estate will be where I'm setting my sights on.
