What I notice is that when things get busy I tend to let replies slip through the cracks so I automated a workflow for myself that replies automatically and handles most of the onboarding process.

With that being said, I love & have followed Biggerpockets for years & have been more of a consistent effort lately to reply to other forums to add additional insight when & where I can.I always recommend learning from others experiences, avoid unnecessary growing pains, & accelerate the growth potential.
