@Sasha Leans While the respect and being nice part we agree with, the rest of what @Sean Macneir wrote we politely disagree with.A contract is a contract and should be followed.Sean should try his approach with his mortgage company - "hey, I've been a great borrower and paid my mortgage on time for the last x years, but I want out of these Mortgage & Note contracts early".We do agree that you MAY consider honoring the original Early Termination Agreement - if they offer you, or agree to, something of value in return.You could do this:1) Do a video walk-thru of the property ASAP with them in the video, to document any & all damages that will need to be addressed to re-rent the property.2) Determine if property in showable condition with them living there.3) Figure out what you may trust them to fix.
