I found the deal managed the contractors and set it up for Air BNB What was the outcome?

Some of the Facebook groups I am in say they have seen a booking on Air, then see it cancelled and rebooked on VRBO more than a few times.

Fire ratings, STC ratings, sprinkler systems, air barrier testing, and costlier mechanical systems—much of it driven by regulatory changes—are all at all-time highs.

That even included AIR CONDITIONING - modern technology!

So far thinking things like:- replacing air filters- testing and replacing batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms- carpet and floor cleaning and/or replacement - assessing for leaks and all working sinks, showers, toilets- wall repairs and painting - appliances are in working order- deep clean- change locks and battery -replace all lightbulbs inside and out- minor repairs- landscaping Anything I am missing?

On the other hand, you could rent a low-end Air BnB with huge profit potential, huge loss potential and requires tons of hands-on effort.You need to figure out where in that spectrum you want to be.There is a lot of great information on the internet, and obviously there's a lot of junk. 

I'm on a mac air M2 Chrome and it also does not work on safari, brave, Opera, and tor !
