NVDA one can clearly see big-$ pilling back in, which makes total sense. 

While all other factors matter in choosing what and where you invest in, it's a much easier pill to swallow putting $10k at risk versus $100k.

I've been doing quite a bit of these DCR loans or the past few years and managers and ops people who work closely with underwriting always tell me that they're going to put these types of loans on the back burner and take priority for a higher loan amounts in general. 

Another option would be to renovate to rental grade, BRRRR out of it at an ARV of ~$1.3 mil and put the condo conversation on the back burner as an exit when the market turns back. 

Imagine how you’ll feel if a burner goes out next month for another $300.
