Appfolio typically requires a minimum of 50 doors in their system.Buildium doesn't care and is a bit easier to use - albeit it does not have as many features.

By eliminating the separate, "service fee" line item at guest checkout, the "all-in" pricing model aligns better with modern travelers and hotels.I personally believe this helps everyone in our industry attract more guest demand.Guests see the final price up front, reducing the "sticker shock" that often leads to cart abandonment.

While they do have a monthly minimum charge (last time I checked about $40... that figure is good up to about 20 doors... so it works out to be about $2/month / door for us.)While I will talk about my experiences, most of these types of services offer a similar set of features... but these cloud based providers make landlording A LOT more convenient!
