To give a little more detail, I do believe all their cash flow is contingent on them getting you to pay upfront for their program, which I found to be inaccurate and unusable on anything other than a desk top, which I told them I do all my work on a cell phone (first red flag) that they didn’t tell me their property finder isn’t cell phone friendly.

Create columns for Name, email, cell and even Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status.Then start calling these people.

It's tough to find a good agent in Vegas when I have a buyer I have Googled realtor before but I noticed they did not pick up there cell phones.I tend to get a lot of inquires for 2-4 units or a good Single Family where they can do STR but some do not allow or there is steep HOA.
