It’s also important to have something to do each day that is emotionally rewarding and also to have something interesting to talk about at the dinner table each night. 

This setup is a huge win for investors that have money they are looking to invest, but don't have extra time.We've also created an impact investment where we help people become homeowners which is really rewarding too.Anyway - interested in exploring bigger pockets as a way to connect with investors all over the nation, and hopefully bring some value to the table. 

Also align leverage to risk instead of one-size caps, and reward clean execution with lighter docs and quicker draws on the next deal.

Last 5 seller financed multifamily properties I saw ended up going back to owner in foreclosure - just food for thought as they were 90-100% financed
