If an appraiser has to force the value, it's not going to happen in a Section 8 area.Your zip codes are 35206 - only South in address. do not have North in the address35208 - Ensley Highlands is easier (South of Interstate 20, North of Hwy 11/3rd Ave N) South of Hwy 11 can work but be careful with your selection35211 - This area can work but be careful with your selection35228 - More of a suburb but similar demographics35214 - Higher prices areas but would appraise easier for you
