It seems to be a hot topic lately, with internet gurus like Pace Morby and Heather Blankenship claiming that you can successfully manage an out-of-state RV park remotely by hiring a park operator, cleaning/maintenance staff, and leveraging software/AI for booking, marketing, and guest inquiries.I’m wondering—how realistic is this in practice?

I'd be willing to pay, in many cases, good money, to get her out of our email inbox even for just a topic.  

I’ve heard a bit about rental properties and using them to build passive income over time, I’m mostly looking for advice on the must learn topics that will help me choose better assets and work towards an in-depth education on the subject.

Hoping to get some insight on this topic as well.
