@Zachary Sneed - Submission of multiple mortgage applications at the time of each purchase should not be an issue for your credit score, as long as you do them all within a short period of time (such as within 30 days). 

By investing smaller amounts across multiple deals, we can diversify investments, reduce risk, and still participate in a range of opportunities, whether it’s rental properties, commercial deals, or other cash-flowing assets.

Also, one thing I’ve seen firsthand is that good bookkeeping and clean documentation make all the difference once you start juggling multiple businesses and properties. 

For those who’ve borrowed multiple times, what’s one thing you wish lenders or brokers did better during the process?

I am presently learning underwriting and have joined multiple communities focused on multi-family investing; hoping to have 50 - 100 units within the next 3-5 years. 

ARVs in the ballpark of $600k-$700k, these move quick, we have an eye for the details, our last deal was on the market for 6 days with multiple offers and we ended up closing at above asking.
