For a 3BR/2BA STR, I typically see budgets land between $15K–$25K depending on design goals.

Rough budget number I've heard is $50/bedroom although situational based on vendor, living sf, area, etc.Best bet is to join your local Facebook group & ask other hosts in the area or call a few vendors & get some bids.

I’ve found each project teaches something new especially about contractors, budgets, and timelines.

The only catch it that it does not have a budget tracking feature.Hey Janae, totally get where you’re coming from, the bookkeeping side of a BRRRR can feel way more overwhelming than the rehab itself, especially on your first one.
