When it comes to finding deals, Redfin and Zillow are okay for general browsing, but if you're serious about multifamily, I’d check out LoopNet and Crexi for commercial multifamily deals, and also get plugged into local investor-friendly agents and wholesalers who often have access to off-market opportunities that never hit the big sites.
