@Jules Aton  - if you are a football fan here's my analogy.

Who else would have the knowledge to lead others than a 33 year old former football player; who wrote a book that is being hocked by Bigger Pockets.Maybe you can get Nails (Lenny Dykstra) to write a book that BP can sponsor? 

Have travelled to South Korea, Mexico, France, Canada, Maui and Italy. 

I am a former NC State football player, and graduate, and homeowner in Wake County who rents out my property on Airbnb.

Even our fall football bookings are not complete which is unheard of and a bit scary, as that tends to help us get through the winter.  

This is still one of the last few major cities with a football team where you can own a home for now $100k+ (Use to be a lot less lol ) Year over year, we're seeing 9-25% increases.

So I college buddies rented our Lake House over Labor day and went to a Clemson football game.The guy that rented the house was supposedly a host also.They left the place a mess.

Made some decent money acting in commercials and doing professional theatre for a little.Filmed my school's football team and edited a hype video... worked my way up to getting paid to make videos for various teams and events.Tried to start a clothing brand, got a few sales, not proud to say I lost passion, focus and gave up.Started a YT channel, grew to 1,000+ subscribers, kids at school found it and I slowly stopped posting.Volunteered at a local church, started as a camera operator, showed up consistently, learned a ton and eventually worked my way up to working as director of the broadcast team for a couple of services. 

Disagreement is what makes a great football game bet.
