Buy new, pre-assembled furniture when possible (Wayfair, local furniture stores), stick to mid-range kitchen gear, and avoid bargain items that feel cheap.

Hi all, anyone able to jump on a call to help me analyze a deal, see my stand points and possibly help me avoid any mistakes I may not notice since I am starting out ? 

I know theres debt pay down and other ways you get paid too but it doesnt seem super cost effective and I'd rather do other things with my time, even if they're not geared towards making money.Question:Is my way of doing this worth pursuing further, or do I truly need to build my own pipeline even if part time to succeed in this endeavor?

People   who have done deal   here at bigger pockets   and  at least     have a good standing  in this  platform  should  contact.I have    construction  background and  chemical engineer  by profession.
