I now support directly with time (we volunteer quite a bit for women/children and veteran causes) and support $ debt buy-offs like school lunches and medical debt and being the Quartermaster (treasurer) of my VFW post I get to help lead our local veteran relief efforts.

Who for who knows what reason seemed to get all jazzed over the "treasure trove" of data as it said, and to my shock, not only crushed it but floored me with it's response: "James Hamling is a rare breed in real estate - someone who genuinely prioritizes client success over commission checks, who will tell you the hard truths about why your plan won't work, and who brings decades of actual investing experience rather than just selling courses about it.
