It's about having a website, google biz page, being listed where people are looking, having things indexed and keyworded so, as is said, if/when someone looks they will find you ie being FOUND.

Based on the low number of people that actually responded to that survey, I feel like I most likely had several more bookings than what came back in the survey as a result of the FB ads.The other thing the Ads do is help you grow your facebook followers.

If they don't answer my questions, I know they have not read the ad and are just clicking and "tire kicking" or they lack the intellectual focus for me to have any business relationship with them.I market on Craiglist, Zillow, FB and Apts.com and get great leads from each in my market.

I definitely see the potential benefits of AI on real estate websites, offering 24/7 assistance, matching visitors to listings, and helping with lead capture could really streamline the initial client experience.
