I've had a Carrot Investor website for over 2.5 years. 

I find it EXTREMELY strange there is simply not a tab that says pod casts and one has to hunt to find it..

A question for you folks who have a "We Buy Houses" type website(s).

How are rospects going to find your website vs going to Zillow?

Today I noticed that they're using AI to sum up the reviews, but even if you click "see all reviews" you can see the guest comments but not the owner comments.

Full transparency...for the last week and a half I've been wrestling tech issues...website, third party integrations, incompetent tech vendors, 10DLC compliance nonsense and the line of third party vendors lined up to exploit the requirement, bloated non intuitive software with even more incompetent 'know nothing' so called tech support. 

As a solopreneur, I subscribe to the Zoho One suite for around $45/month, which gives me access to nearly all their apps—including CRM, Mail, Sites (website hosting), Sign (eSignatures), and Bookings (scheduling).

The duplication is mentioned by name by Santarelli and on the slide also included the following entities: Linens and Things, Stein Mart, Modell’s Sporting Goods, and RadioShack (37:52).

I've been working with the support team for going on a year for a bug that is driving me nuts.
