Make a temp e-mail because I guarantee that e-mail is gonna be blowing up in short order with follow-up pressing you to get milked NOW-now. 

You could have as well restructured deal and provided deal improvement instead of trying to milk 5-6+% commissions on the new deal from invetors.

wholesale community has brought them on themselves.. what you or we dont know is how many complaints for undisclosed profit  people losing houses because the wholesaler could not close and it went to foreclosure Equity skimming etc etc..

I didn't read every post in this thread but, I have a question that I didn't see answered skimming through them.

Normally you add sugar and condensed milk, but these were great fresh. 

It's not going to be as simple as skimming debris off; debris will sink in the water and eventually plug up the pump such that it will get really slow, or be so clogged that the pump gets starved of water and burns out.

It's kind of hard to eyeball gross revenues, but you can skim some Airbnb calendars and amenities and see how much they are charging.
