I can't seem to reconcile how Airbnb is arriving at this 10% figure under that specific name.Question: For other hosts in Atlanta, are you seeing a "Property Use Taxes" line item?

Or would you just promote it as a "room for rent", and then when prospective guests arrive, they see that it's essentially their own studio?

The sales market is steady, we are not going to see a crash in this area, but it is taking longer for houses to sell and that cuts into profit margins.
